About Tokenbench

Tokenbench is a small collection of free tools for developers and anyone budgeting for AI APIs.

What it offers

Three tools today: an LLM API cost calculator, an LLM token counter and estimator and a JSON formatter and validator. More are planned. Each runs in your browser, so the text you paste is not sent to our servers.

Why it exists

Estimating what an AI feature will cost, or checking that a payload is valid JSON, should take seconds and should not require an account. These tools are built to answer those questions plainly, and to say clearly when a result is only an estimate.
